Cut Business Expenses

I have review my fixed business costs to see if they are all still in line with what we do now as compared to the business needs when we first opened the doors.

Things that may have changed and you should review.

• Telephone Service plans. ( Most are unlimited long distance now)
• Pager accounts that were not canceled (Most use cell phones now or Nextel)
• Unused Telephone lines ( that were used for computers or fax machines that are not used now)
• Review all telephone lines, make sure the phone lines are needed.
• Cell phones (may not need phone service could use a direct connect system at a lower cost)
• Review your Staffing needs (Cut back if not needed Review jobs and business demand and adjust)

These things are not all the items that need to be reviewed, you get the Idea. Just keep growing the list and you will be able to see what can help cut your expenses.
